All deliveries are subject to stock availability, successful payment authorisation, and, in some cases, account verification.
FREE DELIVERY

Free Tracked 48 Delivery (2–3 working days) on all UK mainland orders over £50

Free Tracked 24 Next Business Day Delivery on all UK mainland orders over £150
Please note: Free delivery does not apply to furniture, barber chairs, or large floor barber poles, regardless of order total.
Wall-mounted poles are eligible for free delivery.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

For furniture and large items (e.g. barber poles, trolleys, wall hangings, stools), the cut-off time is 11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY AREAS & RESTRICTIONS
We deliver to the UK mainland only.
Deliveries to the following areas may require additional time or incur extra costs:

Please contact us before placing your order if you're ordering to one of these locations.
Please note: As of 1st May, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland due to new regulations. We are actively working on a solution and hope to resume shipping soon.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
FURNITURE & LARGE ITEM DELIVERY

Furniture orders take 2–10 working days for delivery.

After purchase, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Furniture is delivered on a pallet via lorry, so your delivery address must allow safe lorry access and unloading.

Furniture orders are not eligible for free delivery, regardless of order total.

Shipping charges for furniture and large items will be calculated at checkout or confirmed after order placement depending on your location.
Furniture includes barber chairs and large floor-standing barber poles.
DELIVERY LIABILITY & EXCEPTIONS
We aim to dispatch all items using the selected delivery service, but depending on order size, weight, and other conditions, we may use a different courier. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Once an order is dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the rare case of loss or damage during transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund, subject to courier investigation.
